Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts

Head quartered in the strategic Asian hub of Singapore, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts is engaged in the management and marketing of hotels and resorts in 11 countries throughout the Pacific Rim.

Formed in through a consolidation of Tokyu Hotels International and Emerald Management Company, the group’s first hotel was the Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta, opened in 1976. Today, the group encompasses 23 hotels (15 managed properties and 8 marketing affiliates) with 9,332 rooms. A number of other management contacts are currently under negotiation.

Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts spans half the globe, from Jakarta, Indonesia to San Francisco, USA. Some properties, in locations like Palau in Micronesia and Mauna Lani Bay in Hawaii, offer secluded getaways specialising in all the attractions of days devoted to play. Others, like Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Vancouver stand as striking landmarks in gateway cities catering to a business clientele and excelling in the extra amenities that make international executives most productive.

In a world of formula development and cookie-cutter skylines, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts reflects a unique standard of individualism. No two Pan Pacific properties are physically alike, rather consistency is achieved through quality guest services, people and amenities. Pan Pacific is dedicated to providing international travellers with an excellent choice of hotels and services in prime locations throughout the greater Pacific region. But when it comes to travel experiences, Pan Pacific has a more important role.

Pan Pacific has made it its mission to insure that its properties throughout the Pacific Rim embrace the differences of each land and its culture. The company puts forward the philosophy that travel should be a journey into the mystique of a land that travellers will long savour and enjoy. The celebration of culture and tradition is infused into almost every facet of the Pan Pacific product, from the experienced associates to the interior designs and dining establishments. Each property is crafted for its environment and reflects its own personality as well as purpose; Pan Pacific restaurants select the best local spices and specialities, adding signature dishes to menus featuring distinctive Pacific Rim style cuisine.
